To produce a yearling or weanling, that is the picture of health and athleticism is something Dixiana has mastered over the years. Tailoring nutrition, exercise, and care to each individual horse is critical. Each horse has had specialized care since the day it was born. Every horse presented to the sale has been introduced to a bit in their mouth, daily exercise, both on a walker and hand walking, proper nutrition, and daily grooming.
We offer around 20-30 yearlings/weanlings at public auction each year, the majority at the Keeneland September Yearling Sale. Not only are Dixiana yearlings successful in the sales ring, see list below for sales recap, but they have also been successful on the track, see the hall of fame section.
