- 2007 filly by Quiet American out of Dixiana mare Court of Appeal. Authenticity was a multiple graded stakes winner with almost $900,000 in earnings. In 2013, Authenticity was either 1st or 2nd in 6 graded stake races. Ending her career with a 3rd place finish in the 2013 Breeders’ Cup Distaff (G1) and ranking her 31st in total earnings for that year. After her race career Authenticity proved to be an outstanding broodmare by producing a great racehorse and now sire, Charlatan, who earned over $4 million dollars on the track. He currently stands stud at Hill ‘n’ Dale Farm.
